SANTO DOMINGO, RD.- El gobierno dominicano a través del Ministerio de la Juventud, dejó abierta la convocatoria al programa técnico de idiomas y culturas, para jóvenes de 18 a 35 años que quieran incursionar a las industrias de Call Center, la cual generará 6, 0000 nuevos empleos. El anuncio fue hecho este martes por el ministro de la Juventud, Jorge Minaya, quien junto a Erick Pérez, presidente de Clúster de Call Center de República Dominicana, y Roy González, de la Fundación Nacional Cultural y Desarrollo, firmaron un acuerdo para capacitar a jóvenes del país y que puedan llenar la creciente demanda de este tipo de empresas.
Minaya expresó al momento de rubricar el acuerdo, que con este programa la juventud tendrá la oportunidad de especializarse en las áreas de idiomas y culturas, y aumentar las posibilidades de desarrollo personal y profesional de los jóvenes de escasos recursos económicos.
Destacó que los empleos en los Call Center tendrán sueldos mensuales de aproximadamente 25 mil a 30 mil pesos.
“Con la firma de este convenio, se garantiza la creación de por lo menos 6 mil nuevos empleos este año, ya que las becas que estará otorgando el ministerio para estos cursos, devendrán de manera directa en puestos de trabajo en las 112 empresas de Call Center que hay en el país”, indicó.
El ministro de la Juventud dijo que con este programa técnico para los jóvenes del país, se cumple unos de los objetivos principales del presidente Danilo Medina, crear nuevos empleos para la juventud dominicana.
